From: gvsujp on 19 Mar 2010 12:28 created a flyer, cut and pasted it on a word doc and used "mailings" in MS word, to send it as a email message to multiple addresses. Most got it, but one person said that he got the email but the body of the flyer was not incuded. Any thoughts on why? -- jp

In addition to what Bob I said, open that person's contact record and double-click the E-mail address. You should see an "E-mail Properties" dialogue. Examine the "Internet format" drop-down at the bottom. If it shows "Send using Outlook Rich Text format", that's why. Only another Outlook user can receive Rich Text. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
