We do ours by setting up one as the "master" and doing a backup of it; then the "slave" (if you want) restores from that. That's kind of basic sharing, I let the oul' Woman "run" the calendar and I just look at it and agree. If _I_ need to add something, I do it in _her_ account; that may not be possible in your case. If you want both accounts to be able to update (act as "masters"), you can look into the publishing thing, but I've never been able to get it to work, 10.5.8. -- Suddenly he realized that he was alone with a giant halfwit on a dark deserted street. -- Chester Himes

Read my mind. Want the Wife and I to be working off of the same clues. Too busy these days and if it isn't in iCal it doesn't exist. The subscription thing might work but I don't want to pay for MobileMe etc. I'll keep googling. thx. thepixelfreak

Google calendar. I set up google calendar once (I never look at it) so that all my iCal's (on 3 different machines - one at home, and one in each of my two offices) synchronize to that Google calendar. It looks like I am using iCal, and I feel like I am using iCal, but I can edit this calendar from any of these machines. http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?answer=99357 This has the further advantage that I can give staff people in my department permission to view, but not to edit, my calendar.

I'm going to play with that, thanks. -- Suddenly he realized that he was alone with a giant halfwit on a dark deserted street. -- Chester Himes
