You can assign a shortcut key to a specific amount of condensation. In the Tools | Customize | Keyboard dialog, select All Commands as the category. In the Commands list, scroll down to Condensed: and type in the desired amount or select it from the dropdown. Then press the desired keyboard shortcut and click Assign. -- Suzanne S.
