chronux can do it, but matlab can't so far as i can tell. chronux does NOT adaptively weight the taper coefficients though, like pmtm() does, so there is more spectral leakage. sure would be nice if the mathworks put the F-test into pmtm. that's the HUGE advantage of the multitaper approach.
