can anybody send me a simulink model of a computer or is there any model of computer already made by someone(like the model of dc motor in simulink).

Have you checked the CPU behavioral modeling demo and its associated files:

This should give you some motivation about possibilities. Again, a lot depends on what aspect you are trying to model and how.
