I suspect it was stray output from a spammer. Checking... * Posted from Google Groups? Check. * Makes no sense? Check. * Contains an URL to click on? Nope. But OK, 2 out of 3. I still think it's spam output, though. Modern spam tries all kind of st00pid Markov chain based schemes to generate text that will fool a Bayesian spam filter. Some spammers have even wised up to the fact that you can do far better, or at least do it in a more economical way, by employing a human to write the text instead of employing a human to write a program to generate the text -- but since most spammers are idiots*, happily they've not yet caught on to that. Bush are living proof that people in general are such sheep (as one president of our Parliament in Norway once put it) that idiots can succeed simply by lying and cheating and being completely amoral. -- blog at <url: http://alfps.wordpress.com> |
