There's _one_ > save game I'd like to transfer (Populous:The Beginning) No, but if -you- want to get one I'll go halves. My model is the Slim and I'm not sure the Slim can use those cables. It turns out the cable for PS1 only is subtly different to that which does PS2 (and more expensive). However, I'm told that the Ps2 cable will handle PS1 games, just that the Slim doesn't handle PS2 so can't use it. I have years worth of Worms high scores to transfer. Cheers, Ian

I'm probably not going to buy a cable since I only have one single savegame that I want to transfer - and, in fact, I'm only doing that so I can avoind having to replay one single level ('Solo'). If I can borrow one from someone I'll let you know. I hate everyone equally.

The model I have lacks the PS2 ability, but as you say PS1 games play well.
