I have gotten things so completely screwed up, I want to start over. How do I take my Outlook install back to fresh from the box. Uninstall didn't work as it reloaded the gmail apps sync profile which I have fouled up. I just want to start over.

Control Panel -> Mail delete the profiles That should bring you back to a supportable state. You can further disable COM Add-ins inside Outlook later What is the problem, however? -- Leonid S.
