Hi all.
I use emacs for matlab, but I want to use help browser.
Can I start matlab helpbrowser without starting matlab?

I'm fairly certain the answer to your question is no, but if you want to
access the documentation (at least for the more recent release) you can do
so using your web browser; it's on the support section of
http://www.mathworks.com.
