I would like to use stmcb to design IIR filters that approximate a measured impulse response, but in addition I would like to add some constraints such that the poles and zeroes of the designed filter are restricted to certain regions. Is there a way to do this? Is the stmcb source code published anywhere so that I could try to hack it?
