From: marigold on 22 Jan 2010 20:52 I don't feel that this answered the question of how to minimize this annoyingly large item on the toolbar. I really hate, hate, hate the Word 2007 toolbars as they take up too much of my screen. Why on earth do I need these huge style gallery samples? how can I make everything smaller? From: Doug Robbins - Word MVP on 22 Jan 2010 21:28 If you select and then double click a tab on the Ribbon, it will be minimised so that just the tabs appear and subsequently single clicking on a tab will expand the Ribbon so its contents are revealed. When the focus moves back to the document, the Ribbon is once again minimised. -- Hope this helps.
