Alternatively, to set each column to allow the largest value to be fully readable, just press Ctrl-+ (where the + is on the Numeric keypad with NumLock on.) If you don't have a physical numeric keypad you could probably use the on-screen keyboard instead. I haven't actually tried doing that though. Press Win-F1 and search for onscreen keyboard for details and a link which launches that utility.
