dear all,

using sun java desktop, how can i connect an smb file server share

plus

general cli access ?

just browsing available file server shares using the "network environment"
doesn't seem to really mount a share as one would expect.

what's best practice for the purpose?

also, i'd like to make use of the key chain for storing credentials…
