definitely a bug in 2830 sp2 - went back to 2.7 to try setting owner
alignments ... fine ...

i also suspect that renaming a module upsets the repo somehow ????

and lastly it may be that in the 2004 built tab pages there used to be
the "old" owner alignment extension before the current one was
introduced. tho i know i had cleared all this out as far as i was
able ...

so the rule has to be - create the page with the tabcontrol ... add in
real windows or do a later add as you suggest - THEN delete the real
windows and insert the inheritance and hey presto all is ok !
