From: Cecilia on 19 May 2010 01:41 Hi I would like to show the original start and finish date of a task and also the new revised finish date for a task in the Gantt chart. How do i do that? Cecilia
From: Rob Schneider on 19 May 2010 02:35 I guess by "original" you mean the Baseline start/finish dates? Once you setup a project schedule, you "baseline" the plan to record the plan at the start. You can display the baseline fields and the "new revised finish date" which I presume will be the [Finish] date computed by Project on the view by simply adding that column. Right mouse click on the header row to get the menu to display a column/field. You can read more about the baseline in Help. --rms www.rmschneider.com On 19/05/10 06:41, Cecilia wrote: > Hi > I would like to show the original start and finish date of a task and also > the new revised finish date for a task in the Gantt chart. From: Jan De Messemaeker on 19 May 2010 03:59 Hi, Especially, when you heve baselines, you can use the Tracking Gantt view to show the differences graphically. -- Jan De Messemaeker Microsoft Project Most Valuable Professional +32 495 300 620 For availability check: http://users.online.be/prom-ade/Calendar.pdf "Rob Schneider" <rmschne(a)yahoo_but_not_often_checked.com> wrote in message news:eeh1u1x9KHA.3628(a)TK2MSFTNGP04.phx.gbl... >I guess by "original" you mean the Baseline start/finish dates?
