I downloaded tcl-snmptools from http://sourceforge.net/projects/tcl-snmptools/.
When extracting the files the following error occurs. Is this a
problem? I am guessing a CVS file is some type of software
configuration management file.

Could not create directory H:\temp\snmp\tcl-snmptools-1.0\CVS



BTW, I found the page from a Google search, from the wiki I found this
page: http://wiki.tcl.tk/20735 but it seems to be a dead end as I saw
no direction to the download.
