Let me try to list what I can about the characteristics and features
of Infinity. Clues
that come from Physics and math.

Is infinity in physics the duality to zero or nothingness? Now does it
make
sense that endlessness is the dual of nothingness? Likewise can we say
that infinity is
the same as everything? I would say it is obvious that infinity is not
the same as everything. So nothingness is the dual of everything? And
so
nothingness is not the dual of endlessness. I think we can look at the
duality
of particle and wave for clues as to infinity. A particle is a finite
entity and a wave is
a long stretching process. Does the wave have to be endless? I do not
think so.
Infinity has to be the dual of something and so it seems reasonable
that the dual
of infinity is finiteness.

In Physics we have a upper limit to the speed of something. The speed
of light is
limited to 3 x 10^8 m/s and nothing goes faster than the speed of
light. So in a sense,
the speed of light is like infinity speed. If anything with mass
approaches the speed of
light then the mass goes to infinity. So in this sense, physics is
saying that Infinity does
not necessarily mean "endlessness".

One thing that Infinity surely is, is that it is far beyond Finite. So
whereever we mark or
call the boundary of finite, then infinity extends far beyond the
finite realm.

So we can be sure that Infinity is a superlarge number whereas finite
can be only a
large number. But we cannot say for sure that Infinity is endless.

Another aspect of Infinity seems to be that it has a curvature that is
either elliptic or
hyperbolic geometry in that as we approach infinity we tend to bend or
curve back around
to the starting point. This is seen in math by the Hensel P-adics
where ....9999 is -1 coming
back to one unit away from 0. Also seen in AP-adics where
9999....99999 is one unit away
from the starting point of 0 as the North Pole. And where the Negative
AP-adics are just
the undersurface of a sphere as hyperbolic geometry where they bend
around and come back
to the starting point. In Physics we see this in the Atom Totality
theory that the Cosmos is
a gigantic atom of 231Plutonium. Thus if we travel far enough into
space we end up back home on Earth again. So Infinity seems to come
back around to the starting point and infinity is not Euclidean
geometry but NonEuclidean geometry.

So I can safely say these features are prominent for Infinity:
(i) none of the physical sciences have any actualized-infinity, or a
reality of
a infinity, only a potential-infinity
(ii) superlarge number when finite is a large number
(iii) possibly endless, but endlessness is not required
(iv) infinity the dual of finite, each using the other as a background
(v) the feature that infinity seems to be elliptic geometry of coming
back around
to the starting point

The above is a first list of features, which I hope to improve in the
future.
