every carbon atom within you is a milky way

Every habitable planet within these milky ways,
as within ours, has life, much of it
human life, and much of that human life more
highly-advanced than ours.

And every one of them has a vested interest in......
YOU.

Listen to your little voice.

Follow your gut.

Be true to yourself.

Meditate- clear your mind and
listen- get to where you can 'not make thoughts'
so you will know whether a thought belongs
to you or not. Go where others' thoughts will
not intrude and listen to yourself while not
making thoughts.

Epiphanies will come.

Wrong, John! Galaxies contains atoms, but atoms don't
contain galaxies. Let me give you an analogy--a song
contains a note, but a note does not contain a song.

You may be too much of a crank to understand even the
analogy, but you should make the effort.
