A friend in New Zealand went to a Internet cafe because I told him about VOIP which is now used by many industries in Sydney and not many people even know (its a lot cheaper). Told him to check out "Naked DSL" and couldn't because NZ have a (secret unannounced) filter in place and the word naked is apparently on the filter? The Australian filter is a nonsense IMO has nothing to with pedophilia, terrorism or whatever the scare tactic used to justify it.
