We have a lot of really angry customers. :'( We initially decided to use ws2008 due to its pass through printing capability with TS. But, I am seriously considering that this was a mistake. My other WS03 TS is so much faster and so much more stable. I should have known better than to use anything with a Vista engine in it. Anyway, I am clicking on the button at the top right that says: Hotfix Download Available View and request hotfix downloads http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=980568&kbln=en-us I get asked to accept a license. Then I get shown the "Vista" updates to apply. Would you go to the page where you see the WS2008 download and send me the link? Many thanks, -T

Why don't you simply call MS Support? Hotfixes are free of charge. _________________________________________________________ Vera Noest Remote Desktop Services troubleshooting http://ts.veranoest.net

I have asked M$ Tech support, and have an open ticket, and they get the Vista download page too. :'( -T

Microsoft Tech support researched it and it is a dual ws2008, Vista patch. Them not state such caused all the confusion. -T
