Perhaps you mean Outlook 2007. Fix your file type associations. This is a WIndows issue, not an Outlook issue. Outlook obeys the Windows settings. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

Hold down shift, and right-click the file. Now choose "Open With..." and "Choose Program" In that window, choose Microsoft Word, and be sure to check the box saying "Always use the selected program" This should correct your file association settings.
