Just called 3 cs to get my nec e313 unlocked (below) but as the sim
hadn't been used for over 6 months and had been deactivated they said
that they couldn't do it. I.e. they need an active sim. Is this science-
fact (perhaps for the method they use) or just 3 policy?

Further to my previous post, does anyone know if the reported instances
of cable unlocking of the NEC e313 are true? If so, can anyone deliver
the appropriate software unto me?

Now i know why i have to wait so long to get through to 3 CS,
they're being kept busy with trivia

I doubt if they've anyone who's been there long enough to even
remember NEC e313

Hmmm, I got through in less than 3 minutes. Maybe they've got your number
on blacklist! :) Ok, ok, so you'd just dump it and get a new one, big
whoop. It's fun to experiment!! And they did remember it, so neh!
