From: Keiron on 31 Aug 2009 08:35 Just called 3 cs to get my nec e313 unlocked (below) but as the sim hadn't been used for over 6 months and had been deactivated they said that they couldn't do it. I.e. they need an active sim. Is this science- fact (perhaps for the method they use) or just 3 policy? Further to my previous post, does anyone know if the reported instances of cable unlocking of the NEC e313 are true? If so, can anyone deliver the appropriate software unto me? Thanks

Maybe they've got your number on blacklist! :) Ok, ok, so you'd just dump it and get a new one, big whoop. It's fun to experiment!! And they did remember it, so neh!
