From: dragonrunner on 18 May 2010 10:06 For cupdate close to two weeks I have been trying to apply the update KB976321. I have tried the suggestions list in the dscussion room. I have went back to see if it was already installed and it wasn't. What can I do?
From: dragonrunner on 18 May 2010 10:30 I stumbled on the solution by mistake. My mistake was that I did not shut down by using the shut down button with the update symbol on it. After re-booting using the button resolved my problem. thanks to Jade-Toest. "dragonrunner" wrote: > For cupdate close to two weeks I have been trying to apply > the update KB976321. From: Jazlene on 25 May 2010 02:29 Just go directly to the Microsoft site to download the update. I have a feeling that when it orginally came out that it was flawed and that bad update was already stored into your Microsoft update queue. However, it appears that Microsoft has fixed their glitch and the good update is located on their website. But of course, Microsoft may never admit their glitch because afterall, it is Windows 7. ;) Go here. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=160ad53e-6475-4550-90c2-444e4abea730&displaylang=en "dragonrunner" wrote: > For cupdate close to two weeks I have been trying to apply > the update KB976321.
