Is it possilble use a value availabe in workspace (transfer function, zpk format,obtained after running mfile) to be used as a value in a transfer function simulink block with out typing into it the coefficients.

Hi, yes it is possible. There are a number of options depending on what blocksets you have. Look at the "Importing Data from a Workspace" section of the Simulink User's Guide. It's under "Managing Data - >Importing and Exporting Data" to get started.
