Hi everyone.

May I please if I've interpreted the below output right?

proc mixed data=out covtest method=reml cl;
class A B;
model log_exp= / ddfm=satterth solution;
random int / subject=A solution;
random int / subject=A*B solution;
run;

From the Covariance Parameter Estimates section and the Estimate
column,
the 1st row corresponds to the 'Between A variance'
the 2nd row corresponds to the 'Within A variance' or 'Between B
variance'
the last row corresponds to the 'Error variance'.
and 'Total between B variance' equal to the sum of that of 1st row and
2nd row?
