And I think that this depends on the version of windows or a setting in windows. Some setting/version (I don't recall which) will only flash the icon in the taskbar. But maybe... AppActivate Application.Caption === If you meant that you wanted excel always on top, then search google for program called DeskPins. It can work with any program.
