The part on the other end can't see me either. But I can see him. <anna(a)reykjavik.com> wrote in message news:1172676369.696283.318980(a)j27g2000cwj.googlegroups.com... As a possible quick fix, you may just need to go through the Audio and Video Setup wizard again. To do so, click the Tools menu in any Messenger window (or press Alt and T on the keyboard if the menu is hidden), then choose Audio and video setup and go through the wizard to set your camera again. -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com All posts unless otherwise specified are (c) 2007 Jonathan Kay. When I start a video conversation, it says " connected - but anyone trying to see my webcam can only see a series of dots across the screen as if nothing is connecting. Could this be a firewall problem? I can't imagine it is- if I'm able to use the live messenger for instant messaging? Thanks!
