Lots of links to Tcl material are now broken and am even unable to use
web.archive.org as apparently the new owners have blocked access via
robots.txt.

This may be old news, but trying to search the group via google's web
interface for "mini.net" was not terribly helpful.

I know I was working on replacing mini.net references on wiki.tcl.tk
back in the summer of 2007, so the process of it going away was some
time before that.

Ok thanks, apparently equi4's site in particular doesn't get updated
nearly as often as wiki.tcl.tk

I have noticed the same thing. There are certain parts - the starkit/
starpack stuff in particular - where the staleness is noticible. There
is a google group for starkits - http://groups.google.com/group/starkit
- where you might report the stale links. I don't know how much the
owner of equi4 still monitors that group... it's been pretty quiet
lately.

Good suggestion, thanks. I've posted a couple of times to that list
in the last week and gotten a prompt response.
