I am a beginner to Matlab. I need to write codes for automatic window/leveling of a dicom image. Plz help me regarding this.

Okay. If you're stuck, post what you've done so far and ask a SPECIFIC
question and you'll probably receive some help. But just to set your
expectations: if you're looking for someone to simply hand you the code,
that's not how this newsgroup works.
