we are updating a cleints machine they had xp/word2007 with macros
now i have installed win7pro/word2007
may i ask how do i copy the macros from one to the other please
is it i simply copy the normal.dot across if so whats the location on the
win7 box

You will need to copy over the template in which the macros were stored.

The location of the templates folder will be
c:\users\[username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\templates
