Can you use the overview listing to locate the 5 problem transactions
and delete them? And add them back as Resolved transactions manually?

I can see the number 5 listed in overview, but don't know how to identify
which 5. Is there a button or link I'm missing that would list these?

This seems to be what needs to be fixed--I just can't seem to find the
"missing 5"
