Whether or not you'd be able to send a file 250MB in size depends on your mail service provider, the mail provider of the recipient, and the mailbox size of the recipient as well as the speeds of the various network routes between you and that person. Describe the steps you're using to attach the document and exactly where the process breaks down. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
