Its been bad all day - starting at about lunch time right through to now (23.30'ish). Funny time to do 'improvements' - peak day time and entire evening mid-week. And the dongle dash-board talks about technical *problems* not improvements. CJB (West London).

No ADSL here and as for additional services which Orange have gleefully abandoned, 3 with free Skype, facebook, MSN, etc, etc clearly haven't. Orange ED50 gave me up to 1500 mins off peak on net calls a month, 3pay gives me 5000 free for 3 months, and Skype effectively gives me line 2 What i do have to thank FT Orange for is having made such a mess since taking over and wrecking Snooks network, they are offering dealers such good phone subsidies to try and hook new customers I got Racoon 30 with so much cashback it only costs me around 3quid a month. The only thing that galled me was to have to embarrass myself asking for such a infantile named tariff. But with millions of pounds invested in totem obsession, the Kings at Orange tariffs can't admit that they have no clothes on and abandon the absurdity. The Animal totems don't even relate in anyway to the tariffs, what the hell have Racoons have to do with unlimited landline calls?? Or Dolphins with unlimited text, they don't even have fingers!
