But if you telnet to cowc.org on (also on port 25), you'll get a good response. Something behind that IP (69.95.215.210) isn't configured properly to handle mail traffic. it is a barracuda device, however we do not filter outbound mail only incoming. And incoming mail comes fine even from the domain (eastersealsma.org) the one in question.
