From: John on 10 Sep 2008 17:23 Are you sure that person telnet to mx.cowc.org instead of cowc.org? If you telnet to mx.cowc.org or the IP that's assign to it, you'll get the same result. But if you telnet to cowc.org on (also on port 25), you'll get a good response. Something behind that IP (69.95.215.210) isn't configured properly to handle mail traffic. it is a barracuda device, however we do not filter outbound mail only incoming. And incoming mail comes fine even from the domain (eastersealsma.org) the one in question.
