Hi

Getting receipent not found "sometimes" when sending email to an exchange
user. With this user in question i delete the mailbox, delete the user
account, create a new user with exactly the same user name and same email
address.

Now , "sometimes" i get error 500 5.1.1 and sometimes i dont.

"The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail
system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you.
Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide
the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

(exchange 2007)"

Wondering if this is to do with 2 account with the same name. If so how can
i confirm and how can i tidy it up ?

Problem is to with Internal exchange account (email) to internal exchange
account (email). Not aware of problem with external to internal problmes
causing this message at this stage.

Thanks
Scott

Are you sure that you're typing the e-mail address properly every time?

100% certain, have tried from multiple clients on the LAN to this one
problematic email address.

interesting, the old mail boxes are displayed in the "discounted mailbox"
list under recipient configuration.

remove disconnected mailboxes using this. Hopefully thats the problem
sorted.
