From: polishedball on 19 Mar 2010 18:31 The schematics I have do not list the voltages at the input to the main board. Does anyone have a voltage list for that input connector on the board comming from the TX? Have a suspected bad transformer and want to prove it for certain. Thanks John
From: Sam on 21 Mar 2010 19:08 Hello John, It must not be difficult to found out if the transformer is bad or not..:-) But I opened my 8032 to make a "voltage list" for you. First, look at this schematic: http://zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/schematics/computers/pet/8032/8032051-3.gif On the motherboard connector: 8 and 9: ca. 15 volts 1 and 3 ca. 10 volts 3 and 5 ca,.10 volts 1 and 3 ca. 20 volts 2 and 6 goes to the big capacitor behind the transformer. On the transformer the two wires to the monitor: ca. 19 volts. Good luck, SAM
