Have we had FastStone Viewer (my favourite)?

Most of this type of image program have equally good rotate facilities,
but I've not seen (or seen recommended) one which will do images in
batches. It's always one at a time, then you crop as required, and save.

Thanks to everyone for their inputs. I have yet to
study the suggested programs.
Rotating an image is kid's stuff. I need to be
able to rotate one side of
the image and leave the others alone. Which
program can do this?
