"principal" in the company, which is to say an officer, but that he
merely held a seat on the board of directors, and in fact was off the
board well before 2001. The board does not run the company, dearie. It
would really help your "argumentation" if you actually knew something.

Public records say no such thing, of course. They say Securacom had a
hardware contract that got pulled because ti failed to perform well
before 9/11 and another company came in and had to do the work, which
had nothing to do with providing security services.

Well, no, it didn't, as I proved. Marvin was only a board member, the
board does not operate the company at all, and he left years before
9/11; The company's contract, from which it was pulled for not doing
the job, had nothign to do with providing security service.
