I have the same issue. I was able to watch shows fine with OSX
Leopard, but now I am on Snow and it forever loads. First during the
install it never says it completed. Now when I go to the same page
again, the player says "Loading" and never loads.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, multiple times.

So I sent feedback to ABC and have not heard anything back yet.
Guessing they were not ready for the new OS. So far I am not impressed
with ABC or Move Networks. I would think they would have some error
warning code that would pop up after 1 minute of "Loading". I am about
ready to drive over to the "Move Network" building which is 2 minutes
from my house and walk in with the Macbook and let them know they are
having issues. =)

My Mac Mini 1.5 GHz is still running OS X 10.4, and ABC.com worked
fine up until tonight. In Firefox, ABC gives me a message to upgrade
their plug-in, I agree to the terms, and then nothing happens. I just
stare at the promise that my show will begin as soon as the upgrade is
complete.

I look forward to any advice.

Thanks.

I've figured it out.

I was having the same problem with Comcast On Demand Online
(fancast.com), and I checked their help page. It said that the Move
Media Player only works in 32-bit mode. So do a Get Info on Safari and
check the "Open in 32-bit mode" box, and you'll be able to watch videos
at ABC.com, CWTV.com, and fancast.com. The reason Firefox works is
because it's still a 32-bit-only app.

For caveats about running Safari in 32-bit mode, see:
