I have seen this on two independent systems. All server 2008 r2.
We could'nt pinpoint the problem until I ran into your post here.

I can confirm that the problem only exist when the picture viewer is allready open. When the user closes the picture viewer another user can open a picture.

So I to would like to know if anybody has come across this and found a fix.

"Access Denied" when opening images.

I am currently running Server 2008 R2 with RemoteApps, we have the Desktop
Experience pack installed and all updates installed. We are having a weird
problem when opening images (JPG/TIF/PNG), the files will open in Windows
Photo Viewer but the program will only allow one person at a time to have
the program open. This means if someone receives a image via email and
open's it then no one else can look at images.

Has anyone else come across this, or found a fix?

Thanks, Andrew.
