From: m on 18 Feb 2010 14:59 I have seen this on two independent systems. All server 2008 r2. We could'nt pinpoint the problem until I ran into your post here. I can confirm that the problem only exist when the picture viewer is allready open. When the user closes the picture viewer another user can open a picture. So I to would like to know if anybody has come across this and found a fix. We are having a weird problem when opening images (JPG/TIF/PNG), the files will open in Windows Photo Viewer but the program will only allow one person at a time to have the program open.
