If it's really "brand new" and still under warranty and you don't want to try to fix the problem yourself, return it for repair or replacement. There's a replaceable battery on the motherboard which allows the PC to retain BIOS settings and keep the clock running when it's shut down. Losing the clock is often the first symptom of a bad battery. They usually last for years, but maybe yours is defective.
