I could use some help. I'm new to Mac and got a Mini a few weeks ago
and bought PE8. When I run Bridge, it starts up asking me if I want
Bridge to start up at login. However, the app is frozen and I have to
force quit to get rid of it. If I log in as a different user on my
Mac, it works fine, so it's something in my account/profile.

I had a few emails with Adobe support, but nothing worked. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

David

You sure you need Bridge to begin with? I've always omitted it (using
custom install) from my Macs, because I don't need it. Have you
considered just uninstalling to be done with it?

If not, it seems like another call to Adobe support is in order.

It seemed like a good program for organizing and managing my photo
collection. Good alternatives?

There are those who dislike iPhoto, but I'm happy with it.
