There are two times. There are two aether rates that slowdown from C.
For matter energy flow and gravity time slowdown. These two immaterial
aether rates come together as one flow over a particles energy and
field.

Energy and aether are two interwined physical substances. But aether
is more important because it is what is organizing energy order.
