From: TaliesinSoft on 23 Jan 2010 11:27 For reasons unbeknownst I had a draft message in Mail that resisted deletion. If I deleted it and then closed and reopened mail the message would reappear in the draft list. If I left it in the list it would sometimes later appear multiple times in the draft list. Finally, in odd desperation, I opened the draft, changed the title, and then closed it. After that I deleted it and it now seems to have gone away as it has not reappeared the last few times I have opened Mail. So, any explanations? I'm running OS X 10.6.2 and Mail Version 4.02 (1077). -- James Leo Ryan --- Austin, Texas --- taliesinsoft(a)me.com

No, but I had a similar circumstance (same OSX) and eventually, somehow, it went away. I appreciate the "change title" mode of driving it from the pack. It was also a relatively common title too if memory serves. Frankly I've had a bunch of odd activity out of Mail for the past few months, five or six different curious behaviors. All relatively benign, but it leaves me a bit uncomfortable about the integrity of what has become a rather extensive database of email over the years. -- Thank you and have a nice day.
