Not sure about Asda specifically, but often you can access voicemail accounts by dialling your mobile number and then pressing * when the answerphone cuts in and then entering your PIN (sometimes followed by #) - try that.

On Vodafone (The network Asda use) I believe you can dial your mobile number, then interrupt the voicemail announcement by pressing 9 then enter your pin.
