Are you certain you're calling it the way you think you're calling it? When
I've seen that problem it always means I called the script with wrong
parameters and it didn't work properly?

It is certainly possible that I'm not calling it correctly except that the
only parameter I'm sending it is just to clear the cache. So there isn't any
$_POST or $_Get in the php. It is a simple Select statement.
Also, this same PostURL works just fine on another server without SSL.

"nocache="^SystemSeconds,60 )
--where phpPath is the netLocation (https://.....)
