Yellow icon is back this AM with the same 2 updates ! ...

That is the same link that the OP posted as curing his problem, but if you
read on, it came back, exactly the same, a day later and he is still stuck
with it.

Yep, the OP has a separate thread where we are still on the case .... ....
nobody has offered the concise definitive solution .. yet it's a popular
problem ;)

You're telling me. The wife's cousin has just called me up with the exact
same problem. I wonder if something MS sent out was a bit iffy. I shall
watch this thread and hope for an answer.
