Of all this technology described in this thread, the most interactive
and exciting is probably just to have a hologram screen beside your 3D
or 2D monitor at this point.
Unless you like games a lot where you might bring 3 TV's into the
basement or rec room or games room and set them up like a basic flight
simulator.

The hologram avatars, AI assistants and scenes those can be shared with
other people in public at any cyber cafe which will have that equipment.
And that technology is already available today. But it hasn't been
widely marketed and it may be still expensive. But its here.

In the movie Time Machine Remake, they did some special effects when he
moves, to simulate him being an AI but you don't need to add that
distraction that way to yours.

You could make a small start-up company and film weddings in 3D with one
of those. Or if you had that kind of cash, be a content provider of some
kind for Veldts.

Someone else will take two little camcorders on a stick with a meter
between them and do simultaneous filming and use that for stereocopic
film in 3D since 3D just requires two angle simultaneous photography.

And they could do it for whatever they can buy a couple of cheap HD
cameras for.

Yes it might look stupid when you are filming if you make it your self
but who cares if it saves you 20 grand.
