Hi All,

I installed Blackbery Enterprise Express 5.0 on a hyper v member
server (Server 2008 -x64) in an SBS 2008 environment.

I followed the instructions from smallbizserver.net (http://
www.smallbizserver.net/Articles/tabid/266/Id/343/How-to-install-BlackBerry-Enterprise-Server-Express-on-a-SBS-2008.aspx)
and everything installed fine and upon completion of the installation.
I was able to access the Blackberry Administration Service web console
with no problems.

However, for kicks sake, I rebooted the member server and now I cannot
access the "Blackberry Administrator Service" web console. The web
console link is the following:

https://memberserver.domain.local:3443/webconsole/login

It keeps telling me "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

I checked the firewall and port settings, and the correct port setting
3443 has been allowed for BES. Also, all Blackberry services are
running on the member server.

Any ideas on how I can access back to the "Blackberry Administrator
service" web console? Help!!

Can you see it running from the Member Server?
If not is the Web Service Running?
Web Site Running?
If it's running and you can't see it from the Member server it is running
from.
Then You may want to go to a RIM support forum
Since this wouldn't fall into a SBS Question
?

Hi Ringo,

Actually, you need to check the Blackberry own website from the member
server IIS console. You encountered a "cannot display the webpage" that may
cause by the DNS resolution error or the website being stopped, so if you can
resolve the memberserver.domain.local prefectly, you can verify the website
status from the IIS in your member server.
