I am absolutely certain the neighborhood will not and cannot access into my network. That is why I had so much trouble getting an ISP. Many even don't understands English let alone owning a computer. My main concern now how to unbanned myself and not network problem. That, my ISP will have to figure it out and do what's is needed.
